I am working on reading your translation from the beginning and the way you have it organized into chapters in the Start Here post is very helpful. And there's really no "late to the game" here, either. My hope is that people can come and read it whenever they like - sort of an "evergreen" project.
After thinking some more about it, I am going to use a notebook or journal to keep track of my progress, which will also provide me with a place to take notes as well. I have a catchall book for my language-related activities, and I think creating a book just for reading Dream of the Red Chamber will provide me with the organization I am looking for. I think Substack is a great platform for what you are doing, and keeping my own notes provides me with another level of enjoying your translation!
