Melancholy
Yesterday’s poem was not easy to understand. Don’t worry too much about it if your eyes glossed over it.
However, it’s helpful if we dig in a little bit.
Remember that Wang Xifeng left Qin Keqing’s bedside in an odd mood. She did what she could to offer her support to Qin Keqing, though she knew deep down inside that the news wasn’t good.
